Welcome to Inputive (the "App"). Please read this User Agreement & Privacy Policy (the "Agreement") carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal organizational use. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights.

Core commitment: Inputive is a fully local input method auto-switching tool. All your settings data, custom rules, and app configurations will not be uploaded to any remote server.
All core features of Inputive run locally on your Mac:
Inputive does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information or input content, including but not limited to:

Important: Inputive does not collect, store, or transmit any of your input content. Accessibility permission is only used to monitor foreground application changes and automatically switch input methods, and will not be used to read or save your input content.
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The software developer is not responsible for any data loss or damage caused by using the App. Users should be responsible for regularly backing up their important data.
We may release updates from time to time to fix bugs, improve performance, or add new features. You can decide whether to install these updates.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the App at any time, but will try to notify users in advance.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its related materials belong to the software developer. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights.
If you violate any terms of this Agreement, this Agreement will automatically terminate. After termination, you must stop using the App and destroy all copies of the App.
You can stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. When uninstalling, all local data will be deleted (unless you manually backup).
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In case of disputes, both parties shall resolve them through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a people's court with jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will take effect when the App is updated, or through other means of notification.
Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, please stop using the App.
If you are a minor, please read this Agreement with your guardian and use the App with your guardian's consent.
Guardians should supervise minors' use of the App and be responsible for their use of the App.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and the software developer regarding the use of the App, and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
