Shuren Novel is a macOS app for web novels and long-form fiction. You define genre, core theme, and long-term conflict in the book blueprint; organize content by book, parts, and chapters; build AI prompts with automatic plot summaries; and support one-click chapter generation and chapter material import for efficient, structured writing.

• Parts & chapters: Organize content as book → parts → chapters
• Book blueprint: Set genre, core theme, long-term conflict, protagonist info, world rules, and suggested part/chapter counts
• Chapter blueprint: Set climax type, conflict type, current arc, etc. for each chapter to shape prompts
• AI chapter generation: Build prompts from prior summary and blueprints; copy to external AI or use one-click generation
• Import chapter materials: Batch import part/chapter structure and initial content from files
• Multi-language UI: Supports Simplified Chinese, English, and more

3. Data & Backup Storage Location

Application data and backup files are stored on your machine in the app data directory (e.g. the app-specific folder under Application Support on macOS). You can back up or migrate data from this location; we recommend backing up regularly to avoid data loss.
