Subject to this Agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or internal organizational use only. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights.

Important: All books, chapters, and other content you create, edit, or export with the Software are your sole responsibility. You must back up such data and are fully responsible for its use and handling.
You agree to be responsible for all content you create with the Software, including but not limited to: ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights; backing up your books, parts, chapters, and other data; using and sharing content responsibly; and complying with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Software. The developer is not liable for data loss or corruption due to system failure, file corruption, or other causes. Users are strongly advised to back up important data regularly.
The Software does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information or creative content. All processing is done locally. Your books and chapter data are stored on your device; you are responsible for protecting and backing them up.
We may release updates from time to time to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. You may choose whether to install them.
If you breach any term of this Agreement, it will terminate automatically. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and destroy all copies.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified terms take effect when the Software is updated. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
