1. License Grant

This Software is licensed to you under the terms of this Agreement for your personal or internal organizational use only. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights.

2. Use Restrictions

You agree to:

1. Not modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software in any way
2. Not remove or modify any copyright notices or other proprietary marks in the Software
3. Not use the Software for any illegal purposes
4. Not rent, lease, sell, distribute, or sublicense the Software
5. Not use the Software to perform any actions that may harm computer systems or networks

3. Data Storage and Privacy

You agree and understand that:

1. The Software does not collect or upload your personal information to any server
2. All your learning records, bookmarks, notes, and other data are stored locally on your device
3. When you uninstall or delete the Software, all related data will be deleted and cannot be recovered
4. You are responsible for backing up any data you consider important
5. The Software does not provide cloud synchronization, and data will not be automatically synced between different devices

4. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Specifically, we are not responsible for:

1. Data loss or system damage caused by using or misusing the Software
2. System performance degradation or compatibility issues caused by software features
3. Function failures due to system configuration or interference from other software
4. All data loss caused by uninstalling or deleting the Software

5. Data Security

Although the Software uses local storage, we still value your data security:

1. All data is stored locally on your device and will not be uploaded to any server
2. We take reasonable measures to protect your local data security
3. You are responsible for protecting your device security to prevent unauthorized access
4. If your device is lost or stolen, your data may be at risk

6. Updates and Maintenance

We may release software updates from time to time to fix bugs, improve performance, enhance security, or add new features. You can decide whether to install these updates, but we strongly recommend keeping the Software up to date to ensure the best user experience.

7. Termination

This Agreement will automatically terminate if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified agreements will take effect when the Software is updated. Continued use of the Software indicates your acceptance of the modified agreement.
